Since 1984, Axion has been developing innovative technology, improving OEM design and build to print manufacturing services to support the needs of aircraft manufacturers, component OEMs, and the U.S. government. We are the preferred provider of ground vehicle, aircraft and major weapon system parts for the US Armed Forces. Axion Corporation  uses the latest and most advanced equipment and test equipment in house to perform the tasks needed to fulfill each contract. We employing all assets in our arsenal to perform our contracts at the highest degree of workmanship.

We have produced a procedure based checklist with scalable work orders to inherit all standards set forth within the TDP and detailed inspection requirements, providing our clients with an accelerated completion date  and peace of mind knowing their products are being produced by a facility that operates under ISO 9001 2015, FAR 52.246-11 Higher Level Contract Quality Requirement and in Accordance with MIL-STD-1916.

Engineering Team

Axion is organized and staffed for unmatched support of component manufacturers, aircraft manufacturers, commercial airlines and military facilities. A dedicated full-time Customer Support Engineering Department with over 65 years of combined work experience is available to help customers maximize the benefits of their Axion manufactured parts. This specialized team of engineers provides our customers with services such as product start-up, R&D, training, upgrade, repair/overhaul, and maintenance. We offer all of these services to support you in the future with an extended repair contract following warranty.

Journeyman Machinist

Axion employs a task lead machinist that is an expert in the field of high caliber precision machining processes for all types of applications, in respect to the implementation of aerospace grade material. With over 30 years experience, he holds a plethora of knowledge and skills that is efficiently effective in the pursuant goal of exceeding all technical requirements. Amid firsthand experience in the direct manufacturing of landing gear components and underwing adapters for Robbins Airforce Base, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, SPACEX, ULA and many other government agencies and corporate entities.

Quality Assurance Expert

Axion products have the highest possible reliability in the industry, with a staffed Director exceeding well over 25 years of experience with DOD, DCMA SDHQ and NADCAP standards. Before joining our team, he was a C130 Aircraft mechanic and technical engineer with the ability to use his knowledge of DMWR’s. Our manufactured products are expected to outperform their capabilities for decades without problems. We are able to provide fast and competent service for our products. Axion takes its service to the country seriously due to if a product fails, we know it isn’t just about cost, it could mean a weapon system not being deployed in the field. Top management ensures that our Quality Policy is communicated and understood at all levels of the organization through regular communication, employee orientation, and postings. The Quality Policy is reviewed at Management Review Meetings for continuing suitability.
